On Tuesday 29th May PPM were delighted to host a luncheon with entrepreneur and investor Andrew Banks as the guest speaker. Andrew shared his wealth of knowledge and experience in the recruitment sector, focussing on ‘the people equation when investing’. Andrew emphasised the importance of recruiting the right people for the right roles, mentoring strong leaders and cultivating a motivated and passionate team.
